2. Authorising provisions

n These Rules are made under section 25 of the
a Supreme Court Act 1986, section 50 of the
n Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 and all

ti other enabling powers.
la 3. Commencement
is (1) These Rules (apart from Rules 6 and 8) come into
g operation on the day on which they are made.
e (2) Rules 6 and 8 come into operation on the day on

5. Amendment to Witness Protection Rules

For Rule 9.03 of the Principal Rules substitute—
