Supreme Court (Chapter V Amendment No. 7)

Rules 1999

The Judges of the Supreme Court make the following Rules:

1. Object

The object of these Rules is to make minor amendments in relation to Chapter V of the Rules of the Supreme Court1.

2. Authorising provision

These Rules are made under section 25 of the powers.

3. Change to advertisement for winding-up applications
In the First Schedule to Chapter V of the Rules of
the Supreme Court, in Form 5-8E, for—
"The application is to be heard before the Master
in Court 5, Supreme Court, Ground Floor,
436 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne [or before the
Judge-in-Charge of Corporations Business,
Supreme Court, 210 William Street, Melbourne]."
substitute—
"The application is to be heard before the Master
[or before the Judge-in-Charge of Corporations
Business] in Court No. [insert number of the
Court in which the application is to be heard],
Supreme Court [insert relevant address] at a.m.
[or p.m.] on [insert date of hearing].".

4. Title of last amending Rules

For the title of the Supreme Court (Chapter V
Amendment No. 5) Rules 1999 substitute
"Supreme Court (Chapter V Amendment No. 6)

Rules 1999".
