a	These Rules are made under section 25 of the
P	Supreme Court Act 1986 and all other enabling

n	In Rule 44.02(2)(b) of the Supreme Court

o (General Civil Procedure) Rules 1996 , after

ti	"1 November 2003" insert "and Order 44, as in
la	force immediately before 1 August 2003,
