Supreme Court (Arbitration) Amendment

Rules 2017

Made by the judges of the Supreme Court.

1.             Citation

These rules are the Supreme Court (Arbitration) Amendment
Rules 2017.

2.             Commencement

These rules come into operation as follows —

(a) rules 1 and 2 — on the day on which these rules are

published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the rules — on the day after that day.

3.             Rules amended

These rules amend the Supreme Court (Arbitration) Rules 2016.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

(1)	In Schedule 1 Form 21 in the row beginning “Reason for this
summons” delete “17J” and insert:
17J, 19(6)
(2)	In Schedule 1 Form 22 in the row beginning “Accompanying
document” after “the consent of ” insert:
the arbitrator or
