| 1. N o J u d g e of the Supreme Cour t shall sit on t he hea r ing of an appeal from or on a motion to set aside any j u d g m e n t order | decree |
| ru l ing or decision m a d e by h im. |
2. The Cour t on the hear ing of any such appeal or mot ion shall
