Made by the Judges of the Supreme Court.

1.            Citation

These rules may be cited as the Supreme Court Amendment
Rules (No. 8) 2001.

2.            Order 56 amended

Order 56 Rule 3 of the Supreme Court Rules 1971* is amended after "in which case" by inserting —
