SUPREME COURT AMENDMENT RULES (NO. 8) 1994

Made by the Judges of the Supreme Court.

Citation

1.     These rules may be cited as the Supreme Court Amendment Rules

(No. 8) 1994.

Principal rules

2.     In these rules the Rules of the Supreme Court 1971* are referred to as

the principal rules.

Order 81G amended

3.      Order 81G of the principal rules is amended —

(a) in Rule 57 —

(i) in paragraph (3) by deleting "applicant" and substituting
the following —

application ".

Registrar unless the Court otherwise directs.

(ii)     in paragraph (5) by deleting "less" and substituting the following —

a more "; and

(iii)    in paragraph (7) by deleting "14" and substituting the following —

a 18

and

(b) in Rule 109 by inserting after paragraph (4) the following

paragraph —

(5) An examination under Part 5.9 Division 1 of
the Corporations Law shall be conducted before a

Seventh Schedule amended

4.      The Seventh Schedule to the principal rules is amended in Part 2, under

the heading "Corporations Law:", by deleting the entries commencing "s. 571"

and "s. 57e.
