Supreme Court Amendment Rules (No. 4) 2004

Made by the Judges of the Supreme Court.

I.           Citation

These rules may be cited as the Supreme Court Amendment
Rules (No. 4) 2004.

2.            The rules amended

The amendments in these rules are to the Rules of the Supreme
Court 1971* .

3.            Order 81FA amended

Order 81FA rule 3(2)(c) is deleted and the following paragraph is inserted instead
