SUPREME COURT AMENDMENT RULES (No. 3) 1996

Made by the Judges of the Supreme Court.

Citation

1. These rules may be cited as the Supreme Court Amendment Rules

(No. 3) 1996.

Commencement

2. These rules come into operation on the day on which the Coroners

Act 1996 comes into operation.

Order 37 amended

3. Order 37 Rule 6 (2) of the Rules of the Supreme Court 1971* is amended

by inserting after "interlocutory proceedings" the following
