SUPREME COURT AMENDMENT RULES (No. 2) 1994

Made by the Judges of the Supreme Court.

(d) in item 18 (b) by deleting "8.50" and substituting the following-
" 19.00 ";

Citation

1. These rules may be cited as the Supreme Court Amendment Rules (No. 2) 1994.

Fifth Schedule amended

2. The Fifth Schedule to the Rules of the Supreme Court 1971* is amended—

(a) by inserting after item 3B the following item-

3C. If an application for an urgent hearing results in the Court being opened after normal hours for the hearing, for each hour or part of an hour

in item 17 (b) by deleting "10.00" and substituting the following- " 20.00 ";

(c)
by deleting item 18 (a) and substituting the following item— it

18. (a) Service of a writ of summons or other process or document (including the execution of any affidavit of such service)

in item 44 (a) by deleting "21.50" and substituting the following- " 27.00 ".
