SUPREME COURT AMENDMENT RULES (No. 1) 1998
Made by the Judges of the Supreme Court.
Citation1.These rules may be cited as the Supreme Court Amendment Rules (No. 1) 1998.
Order 83A amended
2.Order 83A rule 1 of the Rules of the Supreme Court 1971* is amended by inserting after
subrule (5) the following subrule —
(6) No fee shall be charged on the appointment of an associate to be a Commissioner for Affidavits where such an appointment is for the period during which the appointee holds office as an associate.

Citation1. These rules may be cited as the Supreme Court Amendment Rules (No. 2) 1998.
Fifth Schedule amended
2.The Fifth Schedule to the Rules of the Supreme Court 1971* is amended in each item
listed in column 1 of the Table to this rule by deleting the figure set out in column 2, and
substituting the figure set out in column 3, of the Table opposite that item.
