Supreme Court Amendment Rules 2004

Made by the Judges of the Supreme Court.

1.

Citation Rules 2004.

2.	Commencement These rules come into operation on 1 June 2004.
3.	The rules amended The amendments in these rules are to the Rules of the Supreme Court 1971*. [* Reprinted as at 1 December 2000.

For amendments to 11 May 2004 see Western Australian Legislation Information Tables for 2003, Table 4, p. 377.]

4.	Order 60A Rule 1 amended Order 60A Rule 1(e) is amended by deleting “Corporations Law” and inserting instead — “ Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth ”.
5.	Order 81G repealed Order 81G is repealed.
6.	Seventh Schedule repealed The Seventh Schedule is repealed.
