Supreme Court Amendment Rules 2002

as the Judge making the order shall think fit.

Made by the Judges of the Supreme Court.

Citation Rules 2002.

2.            Order 56 Rule 3 replaced

Order 56 Rule 3 of the Rules of the Supreme Court 1971* is repealed and the following Rule is inserted instead —

3.            Order to show cause

An order to show cause shall be to show cause before the Court in Court or chambers or before the Full Court
