The object of this Rule is to amend the Supreme Court Rules 1970 to omit outdated references to the use of

1      Name of Rule

This Rule is the Supreme Court (Amendment No 429) Rule 2016.

2      Commencement

This Rule commences on 1 September 2016 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.
