SUPREME COURT AMENDMENT

ACT

No. 14 of 1988

AN ACT to amend section 7 of the Supreme Court Act 1935.

[Assented to 6 September 1988]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Supreme Court Amendment Act

1988.

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives

the Royal Assent.

Section 7 amended

3. Section 7 of the Supreme Court Act 1935* is amended in

subsection (1) (a) by deleting "9" and substituting "12".
