An Act to amend The Supreme Court Act, 1880.'

Preamble

HEREAS it is expedient to amend The Supreme Court Act,

1880 ' : Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of

Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :—

The Supreme Court Amendment Act, 1889

1. Section nineteen of The Supremo Court Act, 1880,' is hereby Repeal

repealed.

2. If at any time there shall be more than two Judges of the opinion of

Supreme Court, and a difference of opinion shall exist amongst such TZerstrityAir prevail.

3. This Act and The Supreme Court Act, 1880,' shall be read Incorporation of Supreme Court

together as one Act. Act, 1880

4. This Act may be cited as ' The Supreme Court Amendment Act, Short title

1889.'
