[ASSENTED TO 4TH OCTOBER, 1928.} B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- )ative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows;- 1. This Act may be cited as "The Supreme Oourt Short title Acts Amendment (Rules Ratification) Act of 1928,". and: ~ truction shall be read as one with *" The Supreme Oourt Act of of Act. 1921," herein referred to as the Principal Act. et 2. (1.) Notwithstanding anything contained in any Ratification Act or judgment to the contrary, it is hereby declared Rfes of that all Rules of Court existing at the passing of this Act ur. and made or purporting to have been made under t" The Judicature Act" or the Principal Act are and have always been and shall be valid and binding Rules of Court under and for the purposes of such Acts, and are hereby approved, ratified, and confirmed; and such Rules of Court are and have always been and shall be so valid and binding until the same or any of them are rescinded, amended, varied, or added to pursuant to the powers and authorities contained in the Principal Act. (2.) It is hereby declared that all such existing Rules of Rules of Court and any Rules of Court hereafter made Court to pursuant to the powers and authorities contained in the ~~:: ! ~ ~ e Principal Act shall be of the same authority, force, and eff~ ct. as effect as if they formed part of the Principal Act, and i~ ~Clpal shall be judicially noticed, and shall not be questioned in any legal proceedings whatever. 3. This Act may be cited as "The Primary Pro- caonnds t ·ruct.IOn. ducers' Organisation and Marketing Act Amendment Act of 1928," and shall, so far as any amendments of or refe.rences to *" The Primary Producers' Organisation and Marketing Act of 1926" are concerned, be read as one with *" The Pn~ mary Producers' Organisation and Marketing Act of 1926," herein referred to as the Principal Act. Such Principal Act and this Act may collectively be cited as "The Primary Producers' Organisation and Marketing Acts, 1926 to 1928." PART I.-AMENDMENTS TO "THE PRIMARY PRODUCERS'ORGANISATIONANDMARKETINGACT OF 1926" (IN THIS PART REFERRED TO AS THE PRINCIPAL ACT). Amendment of the 2.
