E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, B by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— 1 . This Act may be cited as “ The Supreme Court short title Acts Amendment Act of 1958,” and shall be read as construction, one with *“ The Supreme Court Acts, 1861 to 1955.” *“ The Supreme Court Acts, 1861 to 1955,” and this Collective Act may be collectively cited as “ The Supreme Court tltle' Acts, 1861 to 1958.” 2. (1.) The salary of the Chief Justice °f judgeToff Queensland shall be at the rate of five thousand three the Supreme hundred pounds per annum. court. (2.)
