E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, B by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— 1 . This Act may be cited as The Supreme Court short title Acts Amendment Act of 1958,” and shall be read as construction, one with *“ The Supreme Court Acts, 1861 to 1955.” *“ The Supreme Court Acts, 1861 to 1955,” and this Collective Act may be collectively cited as The Supreme Court tltle' Acts, 1861 to 1958.” 2. (1.) The salary of the Chief Justice °f judgeToff Queensland shall be at the rate of five thousand three the Supreme hundred pounds per annum. court. (2.) The salaries of the Puisne Judges of the Supreme Court shall be at the rate of four thousand nine hundred pounds per annum. 3.
