SUPRFME COURT ACTS AMENDMENT ACT OF [ASSENTED TO 9TH DECEMBER, 1946.] 1946. ·BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, ~ by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- Short title 1. This Act may be cited as "The Supreme Court : ~ ~ struction.
