189 QmUsImm" ANNO VICESIMO OCTAVO ELIZABETHAE SECUNDAE REGINAE No. 18 of 1979 An Act to amend The Supreme Court Act of 1921 as subsequently amended in a certain particular [ASSENTED TO 15TH MAYy 1979] BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title and citation . (1) This Act may be cited as the Supreme Court Act Amendment Act 1979. (2) In this Act, The Supreme Court Act of 1921, as subsequently amended is referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Supreme Court Act1921-1979. 2. Amendment of s. 10A. Section 10A of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subparagraph (c) after the words " Who shall " the words " subsequently to his enrolment as a barrister ".
