AN ACT to amend Section 142 of the Supreme Court

Act, 1935.

[Assented to 13th December, 1945.]

RE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,

by and with the advice and consent of the Legis-

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western

Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by

the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Supreme Court Act short title.

Amendment Act, 1945.

2. Section one hundred and forty-two of the Supreme Amendment of section

Court Act, 1935, is hereby amended by deleting the word

of 1935.

word "five."
