CRIMINAL APPEAL RULES

In Amendment 308, published in the Gazette dated 21 February 1997, the following corrections are made to Clause 2:

Paragraph (a):

Omit rule 3A and insert instead:

Application to Court—section 23 (1) or section 41 (1) of

Sentencing Act 1989

31A. Application may be made to the Court under section 23 (1) or

section 41 (1) of the Sentencing Act 1989 by sending to the Registrar

an application in Form VA.

Paragraphs (b) and (c):

Omit the paragraphs and insert instead:

(b) Rule 31C
After “Form VA” insert “or Form VBA”.

Paragraph (e)

Omit the paragraph.

Paragraph (f)

Omit “Form VB insert” and insert instead “Form VA insert”.
