1. From paragraph 6 (c) of Amendment No. 281 published in the

Government Gazette dated 10 December 1993:

(a) Omit “Part” and insert instead “this Part”; and
(b) Omit “Division” and insert instead “this Division”.

2. From subrule 40 (2), inserted by paragraph 6 (d) of Amendment

No. 281, omit “17” and insert instead “22”.
