SUPREME COURT RULES (AMENDMENT No. 266) 1992

NEW SOUTH WALES

1. These rules are made by the Rule Committee on 17 August 1992.

2. The Supreme Court Rules 1970 are amended as follows:

Schedule J
Omit “after 28 February 1992 .... 13” and insert instead:
in Column 1 in Column 2 
“the beginning of 29 February 1992 to

the end of 31 August 1992 ................ 13

after 31 August 1992 ......................... 11.25 ”

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note does not form part of the rules).

The purpose of the above amendment is to prescribe the interest on judgment

debts and certain other cases at 11.25% as of 1 September 1992.
