Explanatory note

The object o f this Regulation is to amend the schedule of fees relating to the business of the Supreme Court to provide for the fees to be charged in connection with the filing of a holding summons in the Court of Appeal. This Regulation is made under section 130 of the Supreme Court Act 1970.
