Erratum

IN Amendment 319, published in Government Gazette dated 24 April

1998—

(a)	from paragraph 4 (a) (a) ( i i ) omit “A c t ” where secondly appearing;
(b)	subparagraphs 5 (a) and (c) apply to Part 82 as inserted by paragraph 7 (a) of amendment 317 contained in Government Gazette No. 149 published on 19 December 1997;
(c)	from paragraph 5 omit subparagraph (b) and insert instead-
(b)

SCHEDULE F Form 157 317 contained i n Government Gazette No. 149 published on 19 December 1997—

( i ) Omit “( if the oath is taken in relation to proceedings commenced or proposed to be commenced under the Mutual Recognition Act, add”.

( i i )       Omit “Wales)” and insert instead “Wales”.

(d)

the amendments contained in paragraph 5 shall commence on the date when the Public Notaries Act 1997 commences;

(e)

i n paragraph 6 (b)—

( i )	omit “Division 46” and insert instead “Division 47”; and
( i i )	renumber rules 120, 121 and 122 as 122, 123 and 124 respectively.
