1. From paragraph 5 (o) of amendment No. 285, published in the Government Gazette dated 24 June 1994, omit “debtor’s” and insert instead “creditor’s’’.

2. From paragraph 5 (ai) of amendment No. 285, omit from rule 4 (5) “and, unless the Court otherwise orders, shall not be the subject of oral evidence”.
