SUPREME COURT RULES (AMENDMENT No. 307) 1996

1. These rules are made by the Rule Committee on 18 November 1996.

The Supreme Court Rules 1970 are amended as follows: Omit the subrule.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note does not form part of the rules).

The object of the above amendment is to omit the requirement for the recipient of an offer to acknowledge it.
