An Act to revive the office of the Master of the Supreme Court, to rename that office as the office of Associate Judge and to consolidate and amend certain enactments relating to the Supreme Court

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
