lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Xew South IVales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of tlie same, as follows :—

Slh^rt t it le . 1. This Act may lie cited as the Supply of Elec­

tricity (Variation of Agreements) Act, 1920.”

Pef in it ion . 2. In this Act “ company ” means the Electric Light

and Power Sujiply Corporation, Limited, or any person or firm or any otlu'r company to whom or to which this Act is made applicable by proclamation published under this Act.
