AN ACT to apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of One Million Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds, and from Moneys to the Credit of the General Loan Fund One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds to the Service of the Year ending 30th June, 1938.

jects,.the Members of the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia in Parliament assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved.to grant unto Your Majesty the sum here- inafter mentioned, and do, therefore, most humbly be- seech Your Majesty that it may be enacted: And be it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-
