AN ACT to apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of Six Hundred and Eighty Thousand Pounds, and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds, and from Moneys to Credit of the Government Property Sales Fund Eighteen Thousand Pounds, and from Moneys to Credit of the Land Improvement Loan Fund Two Thousand Pounds to the Service of the Year ending 30th June, 1924.

Preamble. E, Your Majesty's Most Dutiful and Loyal Subjects,

Wthe Members of the Legislative Assembly of West-

ern Australia in Parliament assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sum hereinafter mentioned, and do, there- fore, most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted: And be it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legisla- tive Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Aus- tralia in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Um of £1,050,000. 1. There shall and may be issued and applied for or to- wards making good the supply granted to His Majesty for the service of the year from 1st July, 1923, to 30th June, 1924, the Sum of Six Hundred and Eighty Thousand Pounds out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds; and from Moneys to Credit of the Gov- ernment Property Sales Fund Eighteen Thousand Pounds;

and from Moneys to Credit of the Land Improvement Loan Fund Two Thousand Pounds; and the Treasurer of Western Australia is hereby authorised and empowered to issue and apply the Moneys authorised to be issued and applied.

2. The said sums shall be available to satisfy the warrants Sums aysavilt for

under the hand of the Governor, under the provisions of the in/slate Y

law now in force, in respect of any Services voted by the ssem Y.
