AN ACT to apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of Eight Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds, and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund Seven Hundred and Twenty Thousand Pounds and from Moneys to Credit of the Government Property Sales Fund Thirty Thousand Pounds, to the Service of the Year ending 30th June, 1930, and to apply out of the Public Account the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pounds for the purpose of temporary Advances to be made by the Treasurer.

E, Your Majesty's Most Dutiful and Loyal Subjects, ern Australia in Parliament assembled, towards makingWthe Members of the Legislative Assembly of West-

good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sum hereinafter mentioned, and do, therefore, most humbly beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted: And be it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Austalia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1 There shall and may be issued and applied for or towards making good the supply granted to His Majesty for the service of the year from 1st July, 1929, to 30th June, 1930, the Sum of Eight Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, and from

Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund Seven Hundred

and Twenty Thousand Pounds; and from Moneys to Credit of the Government Property Sales Fund Thirty Thousand Pounds; and there shall and may be issued and applied out of the Public Account the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pounds for the purposes of temporary Advances to be made by the Treasurer, and the Treasurer of Western Australia is hereby authorised and empowered to issue and apply the Moneys authorised to be issued and applied, and to make temporary Advances accordingly.

2. The said sums shall he available to satisfy the war- Sumo available for

of the law now in force, in respect of any Services voted by Assembly.

the Legislative Assembly during the financial year ending 30th :Tune, 1930, or issued for such purposes; and all expenditure for the purposes of temporary Advances as aforesaid shall be recouped by charging the specific appro- priation of Parliament applicable thereto, or by recovery thereof from the Governments or persons on whose account the advances may have been made.
