AN A.CT to apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund and from the Loan Suspense Account the sum of One Million and Fifty-three Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy-five Pounds to the Service of the Year ending 30th June, 1911.

WMembers of the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia,

in Parliament assembled, towards making good the Supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sum hereinafter mentioned ; and do, therefore, most humbly beseech

Your Majesty that it may be enacted: And be it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Issue and appliea-

ion of 41,M53,875. 1, There shall and may be issued and applied for or towards making good the supply granted to His Majesty for the service of the year from 1st July, 1910, to 30th June, 1911, the Sum of Five Hundred and Seventy-two Thousand Four Hundred Pounds out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, and Four Hundred and Twenty- three Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy-five Pounds from moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund ; from the Loan Suspense Account Fifty-eight'thousand Pounds ; and the Treasurer of Western Australia is hereby authorised and empowered to issue and apply the moneys authorised to be issued and applied.

Sums available for 2. The said sums shall be available to satisfy the warrants under

purposes voted by the hand of the Governor, under the provisions of the law now in	the Legislative
Assembly. force, in respect of any Services voted by the Legislative Assembly during the financial year ending 30th June, 1911.
