Amendments of the Supply and Development (Staff) Regulations.
“ (1.) For the purpose of calculating any allowance payable to an officer under regulations 40 to 46a of these Regulations, the maximum salary of the position occupied by the officer shall be deemed not to have been affected or varied by the provisions of regulation 117b of these Regulations or by marginal increases granted by a determination of the Public Service Arbitrator.”.
