An Act to apply certain sums out of the Consoli- George v,

dated Revenue Jbund, the (iovernment — District Transport Trust General Fund, and the Sydney Harbour Trust Fund, towards the Services of the Year 1931-1932. [As­ sented to, 30th November, 1931.]

V V loyal subjects, the Members of the Legislative

Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, have resolved to grant to Your Majesty the sum of Eight millions and twenty-four thousand pounds, that is to say—

Out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of Three millions six hundred and eighty-eight thousand pounds-, being the sum required to defray the expenses of the various Departments and Services of the State during, the months of December, January, and February or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty- two.

Out of the Government Railways Fund, the sum of Three millions three hundred and ninety-two thousand pounds to defray the salaries, main­ tenance and working expenses and other expenses of the Government Railways during the months of December, January, and February or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty- two.

Out of the Road Transport and Traffic Fund, the sum of Seventy-six thousand two hundred pounds to defray the salaries, maintenance and working expenses and other expenses of the Commis­ sioner of Road Transport during the months of December, January and February or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty- two.

Out of the Metropolitan Transport Trust General Fxmd, the sum of seven hundred and thirteen thousand eight hundred poimds to defray the salaries, maintenance and working expenses and other expenses of the Metropolitan Transport Trust during the months of December, January and February or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

Out of the Newcastle and District Transport Trust General Fund, the sum of Fifty thousand two hundred pounds to defray the salaries, mainten­ ance and working expenses and other expenses of the Newcastle and District Transport Trust during the months of December, January and February or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

Out of the Sydney Harbour Trust Fund, the sum of one hundred and three thousand eight hundred pounds to defray the salaries, mainteiiance and w'orking expenses and other expenses of the Sydney Harbour Trust during the months of December, January and February or following mojith of the. financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty- two.

And whereas we desire to make good out of the said Funds the sum so granted to His Majesty : Be it therefore enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South ^yales in Parlia­ ment assembled, and by tlie authority of the same, as follows
