Out of the Consolidated Idcvenue Yund, the sum of Two millions four hundred and iifty-nine thousand pounds, heing the sum required to defray the expenses of the various Departments and Services of the State during the months of October and November or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one th.ousand nine hundred and thirty-two.
