loyal subjects, the Members of the Legislative Assembly of New South AYales in Parliament assembled, have resolved to grant to Your Majesty the sum of Two millions six hundred and seventy-five thousand six hundred pounds, that is to say—

Out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of One million two hundred and thirty thousand pounds, being the sum required to defray the expenses of the various Departments and Services of the State during tlie month of May or following month of the financial year ending tbirtieth day of Jline, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

Out of the Newcastle and District Transport Trust

7 . The Treasurer shall issue and pay tlie said sums Treasurer to

And the payments so to he made shall be charged upon and paid out of the Consolidated lievenue Eund, the Government Kailways Eund, the Eoad Transport and Traffic Eund, the Metropolitan Transport Trust General E''und, the Heweastle and District Transport Trust General Eund, and the Sydney Harbour Trust Eund, respectively.
8. The Treasurer shall in his accounts from time to Treasurer to
time be allowed credit for all sums of money paid by and'feTeTpts him in pursuance of such IVarrants or Orders. And to discharge the receipts of the respective persons to whom the same
shall he so paid shall be full and Amlid discharges to tiie said Treasurer in passing his said accounts for such sums as shall be therein mentioned, and he shall receive credit for the same accordingly.
