George V, All Act to apply certain sums out of the Consoli-

dated Revenue Fund, the Government Rail­ ways and Tramways Fund, and the Sydney Harbour Trust Fund, towards the Services of the Year 1930-1931. [Assented to, 31st March, 1931.]

Preamble.

"VATHEREAS we Your Majesty’s most dutiful and

V V loyal subjects, the Members of tlie Legislative

Assembly of New South ’Wales in Parliament assembled, have resolved to grant to Your Majesty the sum of Two millions six hundred and forty-eight thousand eight hundred pounds, that is to say—

Out of tlie Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of One million three hundred and sixty-tliree tliousand pounds, bein? the sum required to defray the expenses of the various Departments and Services of the State during the month of April or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.

Out of tlie Government Railways and Tramways- Fund, the sum of One million two hundred and fifty-two thousand pounds to defray the salaries, maintenance and working expenses and other expenses of the Government Rail­ ways daring the month of April or following month of the financial year ending tliirtietli day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.

Out of the Sydney Harbour 'J'rust Fund, the sum of Thirty-three thousand eight Imndred pounds to defray the salaries, maintimance and working expenses and otlicr expenses of the Sydney Hai’bour Trust during the month of April or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.

And whereas we desire to make good out of tlie said Funds the sum so granted to His Majesty : Be it there­ fore enacted by the King’s ^lost Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of tlie Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Kew Soutb AAales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the saiue, as follows :—
