loyal subjects, tlie Members of the LcgislatLe Assembly of NeAV South Males in Parliament assembled, liaAm resolved to grant to  our Majesty the sum of Three millions two hundred and ninety-seven thousand five hundred and thirty pounds, that is to say—

thousand pounds, being the sum required to defray tlie expenses of the various Departments and Services of the State during the months of October and November, or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen.
Out of the Public Works Pund, the sum of Sixty- one thousand one Isundred pounds for the Ser vices set forth in Schedule A hereto annexed.
Out of the General Loan Account the sum of Nine hundred and tive thousand four hundred and thirty pounds for tlie Services set forth in Schedule D hereto annexed :
And whereas we desire to make good out of the said Eunds and the General Loan Account tlie sum so granted to Ills Majesty: Be it therefore enacted by the King’s Most Excellent ^fajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South AYales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows ;—
