SUPPLY ACT 1993

No. 7 of 1993

AN ACT to apply out of the Consolidated Fund the sum of

$3,000 million for the service of the Year ending 30

June 1994 .

[Assented to 25 August 1993.]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows :

Short title

1.    This Act may be cited as the Supply Act 1993 .

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsection (2) this Act comes into operation

on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent .

Financial

(2) If this Act receives the Royal Assent before the

1993 receives the

Administration Legislation Amendment Act that Act receives the Royal Assent .

Issue and Application of $3 000 000 000

The sum of $3 000 000 000 shall be issued and may be

applied out of the Consolidated Fund as supply granted to Her

Majesty for the year from 1 July 1993 to 30 June 1994 .

(2) The Treasurer is empowered to issue and authorised to

apply the moneys granted by subsection (1).

Sums Available for Purposes	Voted by Legislative
Assembly

The sums referred to in section 3(1) shall be available to

satisfy the warrants under the hand of the Governor, given under

the provisions of the law now in force, for any services voted by

the Legislative Assembly during the financial year ending 30

June 1994.
