SUPPLY ACT 1992

No. 21 of 1992

AN ACT to apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of $2,900 million and out of the General Loan and Capital Works Fund the sum of $200 million for the service of the Year ending 30 June 1993.

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Supply Act 1992.

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it

receives Royal Assent.

Issue and Application of $3,100,000,000

3. (1) There shall be issued and may be applied as supply granted

to Her Majesty for the year from 1 July 1992 to 30 June 1993, the

following sums

(a)

from the Consolidated Revenue Fund—$2,900,000,000;

and

(b)

from the General Loan and Capital Works Fund— $200,000,000.

(2) The Treasurer is empowered to issue and authorised to apply

the moneys granted by subsection (1).

Sums Available for Purposes Voted by Legislative Assembly

4. The sums referred to in section 3 (1) shall be available to

satisfy the warrants under the hand of the Governor, given under the provisions of the law now in force, for any services voted by the Legislative Assembly during the financial year ending 30 June
