SUPPLY ACT

No. 38 of 1987

AN ACT to apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum

of $1,850,000,000 and out of the General Loan and Capital

Year ending 30 June 1988.Works Fund the sum of $200,000,000 for the service of the

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Supply Act 1987.

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives

Royal Assent.

Issue and Application

of $2,050,000,000

3. (1) There shall be issued and may be applied as supply granted to Her Majesty for the year from 1 July 1987 to 30 June 1988, the following sums

(a)	from the Consolidated Revenue Fund—$1,850,000,000; and
(b)	from the General Loan and Capital Works Fund—$200,000,000.

(2) The Treasurer is empowered to issue and authorised to apply the

moneys granted by subsection (1).

Sums Available for Purposes

Voted by Legislative Assembly

4. The sums referred to in section 3 (1) shall be available to satisfy the warrants under the hand of the Governor, given under the provisions of the law now in force, for any services voted by the Legislative Assembly during the financial year ending 30 June 1988.
