Act No. 100, 1981.
An Act to apply certain sums out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund and the Road Transport and Traffic Fund, towards the services of the Year 1981-1982. [Assented to 27th August, 1981.]

Supply.
BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Couneil and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
Short title.
1. This Act may be cited as the “Supply Act, 1981” .
$<576,748,000 may be issued out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
Out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of New South Wales there is hereby appropriated and may be issued and applied, the sum of $676,748,000 to be expended at the rates which have been sanctioned for the financial year ended 30th June, 1981, to defray the expenses of the various Departments and Services of the State during the months of October and November of the fin- aneial year ending 30th June, 1982, subject to the rate of any reduetion that may hereafter be made in the expenditure of the year 1981-1982.

$12,045,000 may be issued out of the Road Transport and Traffic Fund.
Out of the Road Transport and Traffic Fund there is hereby appro priated and may be issued and applied, the sum of $12,045,000 to be expend ed at the rates which have been sanctioned for the financial year ended 30th June, 1981, to defray the salaries, maintenance and working expenses and other expenses of the Department of M otor Transport during the months of October and November of the financial year ending 30th June, 1982, subject to the rate of any reduction that may hereafter be made in the expenditure of the year 1981-1982.

Treasurer to pay under Governor’s warrant or order.
4. The Treasurer shall issue and pay the sums appropriated by this Act
in such manner and in such proportions as the Governor, by warrants or orders in writing under his hand, and directed to the Treasurer, shall from time to time order and direct.

Treasurer to have credit and receipts to discharge him.
5. The Treasurer shall in his accounts from time to time be allowed
credit for all sums of money paid by him in pursuance of the warrants or orders referred to in section 4, and the receipts of the respective persons to whom those sums shall be so paid shall be full and valid discharges to the Treasurer in passing his accounts for such sums as shall be therein mentioned, and he shall receive credit for those sums accordingly.
