No. 1 of 1980.

AN ACT to apply out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund the sum of Eight Hundred Million Dollars and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund Seventy Five Million Dollars, to the Service of the Year ending 30th June, 1981, and to apply out of the Public Account the Sum of Thirty Five Million Dollars for the purpose of temporary Advances to be made by the Treasurer.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

There shall and may be issued and applied for or towards making good the supply granted to Her Majesty for the service of the year from 1st July,

Million Dollars out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund Seventy Five Million Dollars; and there shall and may be issued and applied out of the Public Account the sum of Thirty Five Million Dollars for the purposes of temporary Advances to be made by the Treasurer, and the Treasurer of Western Australia is hereby authorised and empowered to issue and apply the moneys authorised to be issued and applied, and to make temporary Advances accordingly.
