Elizabeth II, An Act to apply certain sums out of the Con- No. ^ 956. solidated Revenue Fund, the Government

Railways Fund, the Road Transport and Traffic Fund, the Metropolitan Transport Trust General Fund, the Newcastle and District Transport Trust General Fund, the Sydney Harbour Trust Fund, and the Sydney Harbour Trust Renewals Fund, towards the services of the Year 1956-1957. W loyal subjects, the Members of the Legislative
Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, have resolved to grant to Your Majesty the sum of Thirty-two millions six hundred and twenty-two tliousand eight hundred pounds, that is to say—

Out of the Consolidated Eevenue Fund, the sum of

Sixteen millions seven hundred and seventy-

seven thousand pounds, being the sum required

■	to defray the expenses of the various Depart­ ments and Services of the State during the months of October and November or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-
seven. '

Out of the Government Eailways Fund, the sum of Twelve millions four hundred and thirty-two thousand eight hundred pounds to defray the salaries, maintenance and working expenses and other expenses of the Department of Eailways during the months of October and November or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-seven.

8 . The Treasurer shall issue and pay the said sums for the Services aforesaid in such manner and in such proportions as the Governor, by Warrants or Orders in to pay under ■writing under his hand, and directed to the said Treasurer, shall from time to time order and direct, or Order. And the payments so to be made shall be charged upon and paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the Government Railways Fund, the Road Transport and Traffic Fund, the Metropolitan Transport Trust General Fund, the Newcastle and District Transport Trust General Fund, the Sydney Harbour Trust Fund, and the Sydney Harbour Trust Renewals Fund, respectively. 2̂ 956.

9. The Treasurer shall in his accounts from time to Treasurer

be so paid shall be full and valid discharges to the said Treasurer in passing his said accounts for such sums as shall be therein mentioned, and ho shall receive credit for the same accordingly.

10. This Act may be cited as the “ Supply Act, 1956.” short title.
