George VI, An Act to apply certain sums out of the Oonsoli-

W loyal subjects, the Members of the Legislative
Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, have resolved to grant to Your Majesty the sum of Fifteen millions seven hundred and twenty-five thousand two hundred pounds, that is to say—-

Out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of

Out of the Government Eailways Fund, the sum of Six millions four hundred and sixtj"-two thousand five hundred pounds to defray the salaries, maintenance and working expenses and other expenses of the Department of Eailways during the months of October and November or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-one.

Out of the Eoad Transport and Traffic Fund, the sum of One hundred and eighty-two thousand six hundred pounds to defray the salaries, maintenance and working expenses and other expenses of the Department of Eoad Transport and Tramways during the months of October and November or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-one.

Out of the Metropolitan Transport Trust General Fund, the sum of One million four hundred and thirty-seven thousand eight hundred pounds to defray the salaries, maintenance and working expenses and other expenses of the Department of Eoad Transport and Tramways during the months of October and November or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-one.

Out of the Newcastle and District Transport Trust General Fund, the sum of One hundred and sixty-eight thousand six hundred pounds to defray the salaries, maintenance and working expenses and other expenses of the Department of Eoad Transport and Tramways during the months of October and November or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-one.

And whereas we desire to make good out of the said Funds the sum so granted to His Majesty: Be it there­ fore enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
