SUPPLY ACT.
Act No. 29, 1948.

| have resolved to grant to Your Majesty the sum of Nineteen millions three hundred and thirty-eight thousand four hundred pounds, that is to say— |
Out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of
Eight millions twelve thousand two hundred
pounds, being the sum required to defray the
| ■ | expenses of the various Departments and Services of the State during the "months of October, November and December, or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty- nine. |

Out of the Sydney Harbour Trust Fund, the sum of Three hundred and thirty-four thousand nine hundred pounds to defray the salaries, mainten ance and working expenses and other expenses of the Maritime Services Board of New South Wales during the months of October, November and December, or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of Juno, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.
And whereas we desire to make good out of the said Funds the sum so granted to His Majesty: Be it therefore enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

7 . The. Treasurer shall- issue and- pay the said sums Treasurer

8. Tlie Treasurer shall in his accounts from time to Treasurer time be allowed credit for all sums of money paid by p°gd'jtand Mm in pursuance of such Warrants or Orders. And the receipts to receipts of the respective persons to whom the same shall
be so paid sliall be full and valid discharges to the said Treasurer in passing his said accounts for such sums as shall be therein mentioned, and ho shall receive credit for the same accordingly.
9-i) This Act may be cited as the “ Supply Act, 1948.” Short title.
