SUPPLY ACT.

Act No. 15, 1931.

An Act to apply certain sums out of the Consoli- George v,

dated Eevenue Fund, the Government Eailways Fund, the Eoad Transport and Traffic Fund, the Metropolitan Transport Trust General Fund, the Newcastle and District Transport Trust General Fund, and the Sydnej^ Harbour Trust Fund, towards the services of the Year 1934-1935. [Assented to, 8th October, 1934.]

loyal subjects, the Members of the Legislative Assembly of New South AVales in Parliament assembled, have resolved to grant to Your Majesty the sum of Seven millions nine hundred and forty thousand pounds, that is to say—

Out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of Four millions and seventy-four thousand pounds, being the sum required to defray the expenses of the various Departments and Ser­ vices of the State during the months of October, November, and December or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June,

Out of the Government Railways Fund, the sum of Two millions nine hundred and fifty-six thousand pounds to defray the salaries, main­ tenance and working expenses and other expenses of the Department of Railways during the months of October, November, and December or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

Out of the Newcastle and District Transport Trust

Out of the Sydney Harbour Trust Fund, the sum of Eighty-two thousand five hundred pounds to defray the salaries, maintenance and working expenses and other expenses of the Sydney Harbour Trust during the months of October, November, and December or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.

And whereas we desire to make good out of the said Funds the sum so granted to His Majesty: Be it therefore enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative AssemlJy of New South Wales in Parlia­ ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
