SUPPLY ACT.

Act No. 1, 1932.

An Act to apply certain sums out of the Consoli- dated Revenue Fund, the Government Rail- Avays Fund, the Road Transport and Traffic Fund, the Metropolitan Transport Trust General Fund, the Newcastle and District Transport 'frust General Fund, and the Sydney Harbour Trust Fund, towards the Services of the Year 1931-1932. loyal subjects, the Members of the Legislative Assembly of New South MAles in Parliament assembled, have resolved to grant to Your Majesty the sum of Five millions three hundred and forty-nine thousand five hundred pounds, that is to say—

Out of the Consolidated Revenue Eund, the sum of Two millions four hundred and fifty-nine thousand pounds, being the sum required to defray the expenses of the various Departments and Services of the State during the months of March and April, or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

Out of the Road Transport and Traffic Fund, the sum of Fifty thousand eight hundred pounds to defray the salaries, maintenance, and working expenses and other expenses of the Commissioner of Road Transport during the months of March and April or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

Out of the Metropolilan Transport Trust General Fund, the sum of Four hundred and seventy- five thousand eight hundred pounds to defray the salaries, maintenance and working ex­ penses and other expenses of the ^Metropolitan Transport Trust during the months of iMarch and April or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

Out of the Newcastle and District Transport Trust General Fund, the sum of Thirty-three thousand five hundred pounds to defray the salaries, maintenance and working expenses and other expenses of the Newcastle and District Transport Trust during the months of March and April or following month of the financial year ending thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.
